• Articulate with sound oral and written communication skills• Strong interpersonal skills• Ability to work under pressure and maintain set target levels • Knowledge of the investor relations process and general finance• Actively build and advocate productive relationships with clients (listed companies) and organizational stakeholders, management and staff• Shareholder Analysis Reports delivery and presentation • Regular training of clients on the web-based CRM system• Manage internal stakeholders• Help clients (listed companies) with investor relations • Help clients (listed companies) to locate institutional investor or potential investors• Proxy campaign consultation • Regular dialogue with clients to ensure that services invested in are being fully appropriately used• Always ensure client queries are answered in a timely manner • Work closely with Business Development Managers to target opportunities for new services
