Complete fiscal year openings and closings; make recommendations and complete work programs as necessary; reconcile federal to State fiscal year closings.-Comply with Federal reporting requirements; design and implementation of accounting and narrative tracking, reporting data collection systems with sub-grantees; requiring the consolidation of reports with financial, narrative and data generated by various parties, making conclusions and/or recommendations for reporting requirements. -Maintain a documentation library for the Exchange. -Develop and maintain policies and procedures.
