I have close to thirty years experience in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics , I have worked for companies such as Elli Lilly and Kaiser Permanente for many years. As an RD, I have worked as a Certified Diabetes Educator and have taught health education programs including Pre -Diabetes , Diabetes mgmt., Heart Health, Obesity and Adult Weight mgmt., Pre and Post Bariatric Surgery , Gestational Diabetes Programs , Kidney Health classes, Renal Dialysis and ESRD , Mindful eating , Behavior Modification and Support Group Classes NAFC/Zumba fitness instructor. I am also a Renal Dialysis Dietitian and a Health and Wellness Coach. I am energetic ,empathetic to my patients and clients. I love what I do and am passionate about chronic disease prevention , diabetes mgmt and education , Health and Wellness, My goal is to help empower people with the nutrition knowledge and implement behavior skills to help them live a long and healthier life.
