Responsible for filling manager and supervisor position vacancies throughout the district with internal postings and application processes. Led the local services team in order to determine staffing needs, create external postings, facilitate job fair efforts, and ultimately onboard new craft employees.

Arbitrated local cases on behalf of USPS management, both disciplinary and contractual disagreements. Worked with local partners to prepare and negotiate local agreements in order to provide a most effective and efficient.

Responsible for the execution of mail delivery within a large metro post office. I managed clerks, city carriers, and rural carriers to ensure efficient operations from mail entry to our office until the last outbound truck left with mail collected that day. I managed work hours, attendance, and engagement, all while keeping our employees safe every day.
