My job is to prepare cases from their creation to when they are filed.I take responsibility from intake to demand, and do all the necessary research and document preparation to push the case to litigation. After I have completed my work, an attorney will have everything needed to file an informed complaint.

Shift Digital technology company specializes in automotive digital marketing solutions and management; my team focused on account management for Kia Canada dealers specifically, in both French and English. In this position I received the “Rockstar” award twice, thanks to nomination from my manager and team.My main responsibility was to ensure smooth operations for 71 separate dealers via website management, digital marketing education and consultation, website user experience (UX) testing, brand compliance checks, digital asset approval / creation via Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, presentations, and feedback gathering.Daily tasks included email and call outreach, technical support, account management, and customer relationship management. Lead management, vendor management, enrollment / cancellations, mediation, data analytics, data reporting with salesforce and excel, data visualizations, content auditing (SEO), SEO tagging, digital advertisement consultation, translation, internal training, internal asset creation (i.e. PowerPoints), and mass outreach emails were also completed as needed.Along with my main role, I was also a part of the Salesforce Database Administration team, where I helped with advanced CRM management. For about two years I helped guide two clients through their first steps as small individually-owned brands.I mostly created resources to organize brand strategy questions and decisions for a small brand’s beginning stages, but I also addressed a variety of needs associated with the digital marketing + sales funnel by offering consultation on everything from growth strategy, content calendars, market research, data analytics, even on-brand document template formatting…My goal was to translate marketing best-practices into a structure that artists could find meaningful and could connect with, because the “business aspect” of art-making can be disenchanting and frustrating for some. In 2017 I created a Twitch-based Live-Streaming and Gaming Entertainment LLC with some of my peers. We built it from the ground up; deciding on the market, the branding, and the USP through extensive market research. Our goal was to create a community of entertainers to facilitate networking and brand management.In our startup I performed management and HR roles by assigning tasks, managing employee schedules, and acting as a mediator between members of the company. I fulfilled communications and content roles by being in charge of all social media accounts, public relations, event planning and promoting. I was also jointly in charge of the company's marketing and brand strategy team, as well as fully in charge of the company's digital presence, including Social Media Optimization (SMO) & Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
