In my role, I have a keen attention to detail which has been highlighted in the many projects I have completed. I am responsible for defining our processes and ensuring we meet our success metrics. Additionally, I work closely with other departments to make sure our customers' feedback and insights are heard and taken into account. This is crucial for product development and marketing strategies. With over 15 years of experience in Customer Support, I deeply understand what our customers want and what Customer Support teams need. My role at Jungle Scout is to help both succeed.🌱 I started my professional journey at Starbucks, where I discovered my passion for people and providing excellent customer experience. I then joined Jungle Scout as a Customer Support Representative and worked my way up to become the Customer Support Manager. I'm proud to have contributed to Jungle Scout's success as the industry leader in Amazon Intelligence by helping establish the foundation of processes and success metrics.🌟 Fast forward to today, my team members reached new heights in their careers, and I took on the opportunity to become a Project Manager to support our internal team members, Customer Support leaders, and other departmental stakeholders. This role has allowed me to build programs focusing on their and our customers' success. My strong commitment to this success has led me to implement the Customer Discovery program. This program enables our customers to interact directly with our Product and Engineering teams, allowing us to incorporate their valuable feedback into our roadmap. Moreover, our Knowledge is Power program has been highly successful in maintaining our consistent 96% CSAT score.
