Pricing/SIgning Utilize the company workload guide to plan and execute pricing/signing changes and clearance.Team Development Partner with Human Resource Manager and Store Manager to field appropriate talent. Provide and active presence to supervisors and their teams. Coach in the moment and provide immediate feedback for development. Identify training strengths and opportunities to provide tools and resources for associates to further develop skills and increase customer experience. Scheduling, Planning and allocation of support resources to deliver proper execution of goals while achieving profit targets. Recieving/RFID/Restock and Reverse Logistics Lead process of planning, receiving, merchandising and restock of all merchandise including .com orders.Building Maintenance Actively engage with custodial team and facilities maintenance teams to ensure cleanliness, maintenance and safety standards are met and maintained. Order all supplies as needed for repairs, maintenance, and daily operations.Inventory/Shrinkage Partner with Loss Prevention to identify and resolve issues related to shrinkage, inventory and profit loss. Manage daily processing of cash handling, customer transactions and sales audit. Review and respond to disputed transactions.
