We at Athena Engineers have serviced many critical valves manufactured by OEM’s like Velan, Vanessa , Tomoe etc. at various Oil refinery like Reliance (Hazira) , CPCL (Chennai) , MFL (Chennai) and many Power plants. Some of the Parametric modelling softwares like Creo 3.0 , Solid works , Ares standard 2017 and CAM(Computer Aided Machining) Softwares like Master CAM 2017 to perform complex profile machining on VMC's & CNC's.I have good experience on CMM inspection using FARO some of the activities include , 1. Welding Fixture calibration,2. Hard gauge calibration,3. Scan data to model comparison to analyze on material deviation , helpful in pattern shops and Foundry 4. Scanning to Parametric model conversion, to generate models that can be used for recreating the part
