Reporting to Head of Human Resource, I am responsible for the training & development of the field force of about 250 people (Managers, Sr. Managers and SPOs) in the central & North region. Responsibilities include• Formal training of the field force on a scheduled training program quarterly, yearly and on need basis. • On job training of the field force by doing regular field work with all the FMs and their associates• Both trainings (Product knowledge, selling skills, Management)• To help out the HR in hiring to indulge the right & suitable resource in the team and design their development plan.• Support the sales managers and their teams to improve the performance by minimizing their weaknesses and increasing strengths.• Conflict management at different levels• Implement and ensure company policies and back check.• Maintain professional relationship with distribution, sales force and supply chain to ensure the company objectives.

Reporting to National Sales Manager, I was responsible for the business of central region (Business of @ Rs. 360 mio / anum) heading a team of 5 ZSMs and 40 MIOs.
