Roles & Responsibilities:• Auditing books of accounts of the client as per the provision of Indian Companies Act & Income Tax Act.• Finalization of Corporate & Non Corporate companies, Ascertaining the actual Net Income and computing taxable income.• Filing Income Tax Returns of the client and maintaining the confidential documents in permanent office file for future reference.• Preparation of Clients Books of Accounts and making necessary adjustment as per Indian companies Act & Income Tax Act.

Roles & Responsibilities:• Gathering information from GMS (Global Monitoring Solutions) or GUS (Global Underwriting Solutions) through which receives tasks from LOB (Line of Business) – Both (GMS & GUS) softwares are developed by Bank of America.• Analyzing financial information (FS, LA., LA., CAR, FAS etc) and perform the task of spreading Financial data into MFA (Moody’s Financial Analysis), which is a BOA soft ware.• Preparing L.A.C.R (Loan Agreement Compliance Review) summary sheet & complete covenant calculation based on Loan Agreement – New or Old and check whether all covenants are incompliance with Loan Agreement, to generate F.A.S (Financial Analysis Summary) for the current period through GMS or GUS, with the attachments of MFA Report (consists of Spreading Task) and MS-Excel based L.A.C.R (Consists of Covenants calculations results).• If any of the covenants is not in compliance with Loan Agreement, then necessary actions are taken.• Sending Exception report for the tasks pending in LOB list with full details of clients/customer.

Roles & Responsibilities:• Working in sync with the Finance Executives & other Officials of the clients.• Auditing books of accounts of the client as per the provision of Indian Companies Act & Income Tax Act.• Ascertaining the actual Net Income and computing taxable income.• Filing Income Tax Returns of the client and maintaining the confidential documents in permanent office file for future reference.• Performed in detail evaluations of clients' financial conditions and future objectives.• Communicated important information to the client to craft them alert of their decisions and assist them to judge the relative advantages of several plans.
