Transferred and promoted Jacob Rideout, from the Santa Clara location to be the Body Shop Manager for the San Jose location. Assembled a team of new estimators and technicans to help oversee the growth of this location.In November, promoted George Piedra to be on site Body shop Manager for the Santa Clara location. George's responsibilities include the training of CSR's and training them to become estimators.In November, CWAB added an additional 8500 sq. ft. to the San Jose location. Conveniently located close to main facility. Brings Total sq., footage to 61,500 sq. feet on 1.5 acres. Additional buildings to be used as a mechanical department, and possible teardowns on tow ins. Parking to be used for tow ins.In January, 2014, created an onsite Mechanical department at this facility. Achieved 300% in growth at Buerge Motor Car Company (BMCC) by relocating the body shop, redesigning the body shop and paint departments, upgrading equipment and providing industry recognized I-CAR training for 30 employees and achieved I-CAR Gold Class Status for BMCC.
