⦁ Supervision of Civil works related to all Infrastructure disciplines including but not limited to Road Works, Water features, Feature and Service Buildings, Underground Utilities and Luxury Villas and Landscape Disciplines (Hardscape and Softscape works).⦁ Preparation of Tender documents (Conditions of Contract, Drawings, Specifications, Details, BOQ) and all project requirements and procedures prior to project commencement of works.⦁ Drafting and Distribution of Request for Quotations to Vendors, Suppliers and Installers. Preparation of Comparison of proposals and Technical Analysis Report. ⦁ Reviewed Project Technical and Formal documentation (Correspondences, Material Submittals, Technical Submittals, Shop Drawings) to ensure that all details are compliant with Client Approved Concept, Project specifications, Drawings and Details.⦁ Attended Internal and External Project Meetings (Progress, Technical and Commercial) with client stakeholders and contractors and Prepare Meeting Agenda and Minutes.⦁ Coordinated with Design Team to resolve design and site issues and provide the required Engineering judgement in order to propose solutions to conflicts at site.⦁ Performed coordination between the disciplines between MEP, Civil and Architectural disciplines to identify and resolve issues ahead of site schedule.⦁ Perform Site Inspections and Survey of Ongoing/ Completed works in order to ensure proper quality and sequencing of works. ⦁ Perform Snagging/De-snagging of completed works in order to ensure smooth handover to Facilities Management/ Client Rep.

⦁ Part of the Project Team from Project inception to final Handover to Facilities Management.⦁ Supervised all Project activities including Construction of Piling, Shoring, Raft, RCC Building structures including Post tensions Slabs, Waterproofing works, Finishing trades and Specialist disciplines (Facade works, BMU and Landscaping) and ensured the required quality of works are maintained.⦁ Reviewed all Project Documentation including Technical Submittal, Shop Drawings and other documents during construction.⦁ Conduct Site Inspections and Material Inspections and ensure that the works are executed as per approved shop drawings and Project Drawings with required quality.⦁ Perform Site surveys and walkthroughs in order to ensure the procedures as being implemented as per the approved Method Statement and Checklists. ⦁ Drafted Progress Reports, Technical Clarifications, Project Correspondences, Minutes of Meetings and Formal Communications.⦁ Archiving Project Documentation for all Stakeholder information and future references.
