Currently, I am responsible for the following activities:• Look after the Counter Services, to achieving timely, managing Customer Traffic and accurate processing of customer transactions in a personalized Environment at Branch level. • Approval and supervision of daily transactions relating to cash and cheque deposits/withdrawals, encashment.• Resolving customers initiated inquiries & investigations to the specified standard.• Provided support & facilitating to Sales & Services staff to ensure the branch’s Service delivery.• Monitoring and help for recovery of recovery team all activities and OD customer portfolio as per policy resolve the technical issues through close coordination with concern staff. • Explore new location of Marketing Bank Products.• To visit the targeted area and develop the Bank Business.• To help and Monitor sales staff to achieve theirs targets of disbursement & deposit new customer and retain customers.• Timely resolve and respond any query raise from customer and superiors.• Review of systems and controls on a regular basis, ensuring the departmental activities are carried out strictly in accordance with the laid down procedures/processes, and SBP Compliance guidelines.• Exercising effective dual control over cash along with daily monitoring of cash holding levels to attain optimum holding levels. • Reconciliation of customer mandatory saving account balance and term deposit end of month• To review and monitor the Business development officers/ team survey reports on daily basis.• To conduct weekly meting with sales and operational staff for discussion on theirs issues to facing during the field activity of promotion the bank business. • To ensure all expenses are respond against proper and approved bills and claims/vouchers.• To monitor timely submitting of petty cash expense for reimbursement. • To monitor operational expenses and try to reduce the operational cost.
