Primary Responsibilities: 1. Export and Import bills • Process of trade export bills sent to banks for negotiation daily.• Despatch of export documents to banks. • Follow up on trade export bills discrepancies, acceptance, DHL and payment.• Follow up on trade export bills applications, amendments and settlement.• Handle and sort Letter of credits. • Import bill settlements 2. Trade Confirmation and Discounting.• Request trade export bills confirmations, discounting and follow up.• Analysis of confirmation and discounting rates.• Followed up with banks on cheaper rates and services. • Enquired new deals with different banks and followed up. 3. Outgoing Remittance • Process remittance of funds to local and foreign vendor.• Process accounting data entries into accounting system (in-house SAP system)• Close and prepare bank reconciliation of different currency. 4. FX and Loan Drawdown. • Requesting of FX and loan drawdown rates from banks and finance companies. • Input of data in in-house SAP system.

1. Responsible for executing internal audit assignments to 60 Grassroots Organisations committees (GROs) on adequacy of internal controls, efficiency and effectiveness of processes and risk management and compliance :i. Extensive knowledge of the Rules and Regulations of People’s Association.ii. Perform audit assignments providing detailed and relevant recommendations to improve internal controls and mitigate risks across operational and financial processes.iii. Advise management on how to implement recommendations and track the results periodicallyiv. Liaise with both internal and external auditors to resolve compliance and accounting issues. v. Conduct training for Grassroots leaders and CO staff on latest rules and regulations. vi. Preparing monthly reconciliation statement.vii. Preparing written report on audit findings and recommendations to Group Constituency Director.

Provide daily, weekly and monthly work report and present work progress report to manager and client.
