➢ Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.➢ Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes.➢ Develop a method statement for all the construction activities, preparing Inspection & Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.➢ Monitoring and reporting on the contractor’s activities on-site to the project manager for theupdates, latest developments, and issues.➢ Inspecting the materials on arrival with approved material inspection request form and specification.➢ Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered.➢ Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a record.➢ Check and monitor all the qualities of workmanship and make sure that all works must be accomplished as per the approved drawing, specification, and methodology.➢ Checking workmanship and construction standards of the sub-contractors through their Quality Assurance documentation.➢ Coordinating with sub-contractors for the quality output and weekly meetings with the site team members.

Projects: Construction of Healthcare, Residential Tower, and Infrastructure work.Roles and Responsibilities:➢ Monitoring and reporting on the contractor’s activities on-site to the project manager for the updates, latest developments, and issues.➢ To review, verify and record the complete project documentation as per the articles and clauses as agreed in the contract agreement.➢ Inspection and verification of Quality observation reports, Material inspection reports, work inspection reports, technical submittals, ➢ To make sure the work is executed as per Quality Assurance documents i.e., Quality manual, Method statements, Inspection & test plan, Checklists, Approved drawings, and Specification. ➢ Managing, monitoring, executing the project works from initiation to completion i.e., structural works, finishing works and infrastructure works.➢ Plan and undertake subcontractor audits and review of subcontractor quality control programs.➢ Day to day planning and organizing inspection and testing activities at site.➢ Identifying NCR/ Defects and follow up with construction teams for effective Corrective and Prevented action on the same.➢ Attending site coordination meeting with client and follow up for quality related issues.➢ Work with project team to deliver the project within the prescribed project duration.➢ Preparation of PQP, ITP, and other QA/QC documents that may be as per project requirements.➢ Ensure implementation of the Quality Management System.➢ Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.➢ Supports the project manager in dealing with the client for all the Quality matters.➢ Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site.➢ Allocates Quality Control personnel to the various areas of site activity.

Project: Construction of High Rise Residential TowersNo. of floors: 2B.F+G.F+15 Floor, including Basement Floor & Ground Floor for Car Parking and with all basic amenities.Roles and Responsibilities:➢To identify the requirements of subcontractor, materials, workers, machinery, and drawings for completion of the task and shall inform to PM.➢Coordinating with site engineers and foremen to give work tasks & following the daily work target status.➢Checking availability of Material stock at store required for execution and reporting the availability of resources to Project In-charge, Distribution of labors according to work Front and arranging materials for work,➢Executing the structural works as per drawing and specification (Formwork, Reinforcement, and Concreting for Foundation, Footings, Column, Slab & beams, retaining wall, etc.)➢Executing the Finishing works as per drawing and specification (Blockwork, internal & external plastering, waterproofing, Flooring and Dado works, false ceiling & POP works, painting works)➢Inspecting the work done to ensure that it is done as per drawings and approved method statements.➢Reviewing daily and monthly progress reports for further submission to PM.➢Submitting a weekly execution plan and deployment of workers' requirements to PM.➢Following up with the contractors & monitoring the progress as per schedule.➢Coordination of all services & conducting site supervision.

Project: Construction of High Rise Residential TowersNo. of floors: 2B+G.F+18 floor, including Upper Basement Floor, Lower Basement Floor for Car Parking, Swimming pool, auditorium, tennis and Basketball court, clubhouse, etc.,Roles and Responsibilities:➢To co-ordinate with consultant and contractor for site inspection activities➢Checking workmanship and construction standards of the sub-contractors through their Quality assurance documentation.➢Responsible for the inspection of works with the consultant.➢Inspecting the materials on arrival with approved material inspection request form and specification.➢Supervising construction-related works such as PCC, waterproofing, formwork, checking levels, diagonals, and alignments, concreting works for footings, raft, columns, beam, slab, retaining wallet., reinforcement checking for all structural works, screed works, Blockwork layout checking, and executing, wall plastering.➢Planning the construction activities along with the MEP engineers in line with the project plan and execution.
