With a sharpened focus on safeguarding our expansive digital estate, my role as CISO is to serve as the guardian of both data and trust across our multi-faceted organization.Our mission as stewards of cybersecurity extends beyond mere compliance and risk mitigation. It encompasses the cultivation of a security-conscious culture that aligns perfectly with our objectives in digital and technology transformation. It's a responsibility I carry with great care, understanding the importance of trust in our journey towards innovation and growth.Our efforts in data protection are more than a compliance checklist; they're a commitment to the ethical management of information, reflecting our respect for the individuals behind the data. It was during this time that I was entrusted with the complex and substantial task of deploying the MIRAI Dealer Management System (DMS) at Tri Petch Isuzu Sales Co., Ltd.This project was multifaceted, encompassing over 50 varied business processes, 234 intricate data objects, 11 diverse systems, and more than 8,000 end-users. The design and execution of a comprehensive cutover framework presented a unique challenge, one that required close attention to technical, business, and cultural factors.Successful implementation hinged on meticulous coordination of various stakeholders - management, business functions, internal and external IT resources, vendors, and dealer representatives. This process necessitated navigating linguistic and cultural barriers, fostering understanding, and aligning different perspectives towards a common goal.The opportunity to oversee and contribute to such a large-scale transformation project was both humbling and rewarding. It is experiences like these that continue to shape my understanding of the complexity and potential of digital transformation within diverse organizational contexts.

My main role involved leading a committed team whose mission was to deliver technology of international standards and to stimulate continuous improvements in our corporate management approach.In the heart of our operations was the sustained delivery and seamless operation of a comprehensive portfolio of business applications, including SAP - a key component that played an instrumental role in our day-to-day operations. We strived to meet the evolving business needs of over 7,000 employees across Indochina, which comprises Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, and Laos. This involved catering to all business functions, from supply chain management to customer relations, underpinned by the robust and flexible capabilities of SAP.Additionally, I had the responsibility of overseeing project and portfolio management, managing IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and ensuring the adherence to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with the ISO 27001 standards.Reflecting on my tenure, it was a humbling experience to play a role in an organization with such a broad scope and impact.
