As a part of curriculum, the Organisation which I took for study is Kerala Solvents and Extracts Limited, a company having an annual turnover of 275crores is the largest manufacturer of cattle feed.Objectives1.To get an idea about the organisation2.To familiarise with different management activities3.To get an idea about the authority structure and functions of various departments4.To analyze the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of the Company.5.To identify the problems faced by the company and areas of improvement.
