Senior Recruitment Consultant
Current- Understanding client’s needs by deeply dive into companies' culture, challenges, and aspirations to identify their ideal candidates.- Headhunting, sourcing, and screening candidates by leverage online platforms, and utilize creative sourcing techniques to find the best people (active nor passive candidates, junior to senior level).- Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through phone screenings, in-depth interviews, psychological test and reference checks.- Building compelling candidates profiles by showcase candidate strengths and achievements to capture clients' attention by candidates interview report.- Cultivate and maintaining connections with both clients and candidates to foster continuous recruitment success.- Leading a team consist of 5-7 Recruitment Consultants.- Clients: FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Construction, Hospital and Healthcare, Real Estate.
