Implemented parallel search and sort algorithms for high-speed search results for large queries in the 440 Million protein-coding gene pairs hypergraph.• Built an algorithm to predict synthetic lethal triplets from trigenic interactions of the human genes using self-attention-based graph neural networks for hypergraphs.• Built a cancer database from raw data sources (mice testing labs) and performed artificial neural network-based trend analysis to discover mice’s behavior patterns.
