Sr. Digital Analyst
CurrentResponsibilities:- Create weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports by providing digital analysis to determine and measure the effectiveness of digital-based marketing including campaign and engagement activities- Conducting SoV using social listening tools to monitor brand sentiments regularly (Talkwalker, Brand24, Emplifi)- Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, strategic, social media officer, and account teams to create and maintain KPI which approved in the annual Brand Plan agenda.- Interpret the data into new findings and derive meaningful insights by identifying competitor landscape, compiling trends, and defining audience behavior to uncover actionable insights- Present the overall report on wide-scope analysis for several clientsBrand Handled: - OCBC Indonesia- Red Bull Indonesia- Kilau FOX’S- Biore.Id- BRI Life and Life at BRI Life- KRIZZI- K Natural White- Philips (Signify)- Oronamin C - Astra International Pitching:- Mitsubishi FUSO (Won)- Eskulin (Won)- Dapur Umami AjinomotoKey Achievements: Winning Awards Rookie Employee 2023 (New Hire with Best Performance in Less Than a Year)
