AthleTECH looks for Mobile Game Developers to join our development team. This role contributes to the creation of new mobile game titles by performing numerous programming tasks, including working on game logic, user interface and network connectivity. The ideal developer will engineer features for various titles by working alongside our designers, artists and programmers.

The Game Designer is accountable for defining, documenting, maintaining, and communicating the complete game design to all pertinent parties. This position also involves working with the market research team and analytics work to help tap into market trends and generate new solutions based on first hand work and experiences Work with the Game Developer staff to manage the ongoing development of the game design documentation to ensure that it remains accurate and up-to-date. Work with Game Developer staff and the Marketing Leads to develop a collaborative vision of the product’s art, sound, and math direction.Work with or directly on game math to ensure a fun experience that meets all jurisdictional regulations and market requirements. Work with the producer to evaluate feature, schedule, and resource trade-offs and make informed, long-term recommendations.

As a Project Manager, you will develop your leadership and be expected to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities. You will need to balance project needs and requests alongside, milestones and schedules, scope of work, tasking, keeping the team up-to-date and prioritizing while ensuring the AthleTECH mentors understands each step in the project process. You’ll consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, and packaging. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services while working on advertising with the business managers. This position is not about years of experience, industry background, or academics. It is about building great products, building great teams, and being excited about going to work every day!

The Business Manager (BM) must be a creative, analytical and detail-oriented self-starter who possesses strong multi-tasking and execution skills. You need to be the consumer advocate while balancing business priorities. The BM should approach business challenges with both a holistic and a detailed approach; as you will help ensure that a company is on track to meet its financial and team goals. Business managers will also develop and implement budget, prepare reports for team mentors and ensure the company complies with policies. Managers also ensure workers have the resources to complete their work. Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
