Why?Well, since early on in my nursing career, I've witnessed and experienced the impact that psychological, emotional and physical fatigue has on how our teams perform in the hospital environment. My experience with burnout made this even more clear. Since then, I've made it my mission to understand the factors impacting the performance of individuals and teams working in the healthcare setting and develop solutions that make a tangible difference in the lives of health professionals, so they can stay healthy and engaged in the work they love to do.This drive for change is where the fwards platform and education courses were born from.
