• Act as the liaison between Progressive Insurance and seven staffing agencies to successfully source and hire contingent workers for the Information Technology department • Assist IT and Admin/Clerical Managers at Progressive throughout the entire requisition process on a daily basis• Work with Admin/Clerical Managers to identify key requirements in order to create job requests in the Vendor Management Solution tool (Beeline), which includes asking prompting questions to obtain as much detail as possible for the request• Provide support to staffing agencies and Progressive in Beeline• Perform and maintain daily tasks within Beeline• Manage and update necessary tools, such as shared Google Documents and Salesforce.com• Monitor the performance of participating staffing agencies in the Progressive program• Maintain relationships with the staffing agencies and Progressive managers by interacting via email, conference calls and phone calls• Complete and analyze monthly scorecard reporting in order to understand and explain the staffing agencies performance• Complete quarterly reports and documentation that are posted to Progressive’s SharePoint site• Run weekly invoicing and expenses and send to Progressive• Work with Allegis’ Technology Operations team to generate and resolve tickets if and when issues arise with Beeline• Provide program updates to Progressive in weekly stand-up meetings• Receive and deliver contractor feedback from Progressive to the staffing agencies, as needed
