I started out coaching Fall with Team NorCal and in 2018, I took on a larger role as a permanent coach. I've started coaching 12U and High School in Summer of 2018 and mainly focus on my 12U team currently. We travel for tournaments on the West Coast such as Lake Tahoe, Santa Barbara, San Diego, Oregon and Colorado. I use my conflict resolution skills to assist students with problem-solving. I collaborate effectively with members of the staff on each campus that I am assigned to. I familiarize myself with any campus that I am assigned to so that I am on-schedule and well-informed.I provide feedback to the teacher’s class who I am covering so that all parties are well-informed.

We started as an independent team our first year and entered the WBAL in 2020. We quickly grew and became a powerhouse team in our league.
