Sales Marketing Coordinator
In charge of Marketing Department for a 6 million case/year wholesaler with $100 million in gross sales. I was in charge of all of our special events from contract & sponsorship negotiating to event activation to recapping the events to determine if our monetary sponsorship was worth it based on sales, attendance, and social media images. I know how to use all marketing event equipment and can perform repairs on things such as Jockey Boxes, Waymatic beer trailers, etc. I was in charge of all of our certain CAPEX equipment from creating the lease agreements and invoicing to tracking the equipment to sending out maintenance personnel for repairs. I worked with our Director of Sales & Marketing and Controller to direct and manage funds for the branch's yearly marketing budget. I created, tracked, and updated sales incentives for the sales reps based on what targets the branch needs to attain. I would do ride-alongs with the sales reps to sell-in new programs, products, and displays. Ran sales reports for the Sales Reps to help create action plans for their monthly targets and goals. Gave weekly presentations to the entire sales team which include rolling out new company programs, incentive updates, sales updates, new products, etc. I performed tastings for our sales reps and also led tastings at large chain stores like BevMo and Total Wine. Put together Crew-Drives with management and specialized sales reps to sell-in a particular product(s) based on sales reports and leads from sales reps.
