• To provide mechanical engineering support to customers with a specific focus on valve design and modification.• Ensuring that all mechanical engineering work carried out meets the requirements of the company’s policies and quality system.• Build closer relationship between engineering and workshop/site Services by gaining feedback from all personnel.• Responsible for engineering input into workshop/site service requirements and ensure smooth flow of information.• Produce full mechanical certification packages and work pack development for valve modification and service.• Ensure that quality policies and procedures are adhered to and identify areas of non-conformance or system improvement.• Design and develop solutions to mechanical engineering problems.• Produce clear and detailed failure analysis reports, strip down reports and site survey reports for submission to customers.• Perform reliability studies to identify possible improvements and cost savings to customers operations.• Carry out site work requirements, such as site service, shutdown management and customer meetings.

Quality check of gate, globe, check, Ball valves.Preparation of ITP's, Test procedures, NDE/NDT,QAP's and submission for approval.Internal and external audits.Preparation and review of QC reports, MTC's ,NDE reports, MRB.Coordination with TPI and customers.Knowledge in LEAN manufacturing.Knowledge od ASTM,ASME,BS,ISO and NACE international standards.Experience in special testing of valves such as FUGITIVE EMISSION TEST,LOW TEMPERATURE/CRYOGENIC SERVICE TEST,FIRE SAFE TEAT, SELF RELIVE TEST,ANTI STATIC TEST,HYDRO AND PNUMATIC TESTING of valves.
