- Conceptualizing 'Multifly' - a game to teach multiplication and driving the efforts to bring it to reality- Researching on the pedagogy to impart conceptual understanding to the digital learning experiences- Conceptualizing and visualizing new game ideas and how Math could be seamlessly integrated to the same- Formulating game design documents, level mock-ups and coordinating with the development team to create prototypes- Playtesting the prototypes with children and integrating the feedback- Discussing and learning from some of the eminent educators across the globe- Constantly shaping my understanding about the educational landscape and what the future of education should look like

Bangalore

- Designing pedagogically rich learning units in Mathematics for the adaptive online learning platform called Mindspark- Exploring innovative teaching approaches in Math across global and national curricula and integrating them to the e-learning platform- Collaborating with the Game Developers and artists to produce interactive content that include games, interactive questions and remedials- Visiting client schools to actively collect feedback about the product and acting as a liaison between the school and the development team.- Spearheaded the school-centric project which redefined the role of technology inclassroom and showed an improvement of 18% in student performance compared to thetraditional approach. - Actively created lesson plans, misconception videos and hands-on-resources that complemented the teaching in the class room.

Chennai

- Led 30 fourth grade students on a vision-driven journey to achieve individual and class goalsacross academics, values and exposure through constant reflection and child-centric teaching.- Incorporated innovative teaching practices in all the four subjects handled and significantlyraised the levels of reading comprehension and mastery in Math skills.- Led the efforts towards enhancing the city culture and impact in TFI Chennai by organizing aday-long induction for Year 2 fellows which led to open communication and more accountability inthe city.- Played a crucial role in setting up the platform called ‘Fellow- Durbar’ which showcases bestpractices, fellow performers and function as a breeding ground for ideas.

Telangana

Coordinated the ‘Young Leaders Program’- a 15 day summer camp which focused on building student leadership and was conducted for about 400 secondary school students in Alair, Telangana.
