We managed to do over INR.60 Million in sales.For my Operations project, I was asked to understand and optimise the out of store (last-mile) delivery process at the Store. It was an insightful time that helped me understand the complexities involved in handling a team, organising and processing customer orders, helping increase the number of orders the team could process.
