Founding Engineer - the Conversational Intelligence (Call AI by Mindtickle)=======================================================I was one of the four founding engineers who helped develop the "CallAI Platform." My responsibilities included building and scaling essential systems such as the product analytics pipeline, notification system, user management system, speech-to-transcription service, infrastructure deployment, and configuration management. ■ Single-handedly built multiple backend systems end-to-end from scratch like Product Analytics pipeline, Infrastructure Automation Pipeline, user management, etc. ■ Scaled multiple core services like notification service, user hierarchy service, and user management service in order of 10X. ■ Built and scaled systems with Redis, Redis MQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, ArangoDB, Snowplow, Kubernetes, CloudFront, CloudFront HLS, and PostgreSQL.

■ Used Feature-Match Image Reconstruction algorithm to make the Deep Neural Nets resistant to Adversarial Attacks.■ Worked on other various empirical methods to process adversarial images to reduce the 'adversarial perturbation.'
