Working closely with the Head of Product gave me an opportunity to be a part of the design and development of product "Repeat" from the initial launch.I identified the need for transparency and flexibility in the organization and hence invested time, learned and then implemented JIRA software, handled all migration process from Trello, and provided essential training to the entire team. I conducted stakeholder meetings, send out surveys, and did personal user interviews as part of the Requirement Gathering phase and the outcome was used to build strong Product Strategies. I performed research on competitors’ movements and implemented features like Payment gateway, weekly and monthly performance Reports, and Push notifications.
