Eric Tuxkar Kwarteng Ati is a Graduate Scholar in business Studies and Education in Sub-Saharan Africa (Ghana). He has a M&E work with the Innovation for Poverty Action Accra, Devt’Plan Consult and MSI-USAID (Ghana) in areas such as business, health, social and marketing research. He has also spent a considerable time in working with the working as an independent education consultant, assistant graduate students in areas of mentoring, coaching and coursework towards researching and improving their learning outcomes. His areas of research interest include workplace diversity, inclusion and sense of belongings, business administration, training and workshop marketing and management, Education, business portfolio analysis through mixed method approaches involving both qualitative and quantitative data. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Master’s degree in Administration in higher institution. His future goals are to further develop his “Business Administration and Management” program and research innovations with special focus on the indigenizing business practices to enhance local business comparative advantage urge in the highly competitive market.
