Wrote configuration files for in-house web-crawler using a combination of XML and regular expressions. Mined the web to build Geosign and TrueLocal datasets, as well as custom crawling for clients. Queried data and assisted in managing tables using MS SQL Server Management Studio. Reported bugs, proposed improvements and tested fixes in proprietary software.
