JLL is the Project consultant for this project.Roles and Responsibilities:-• Organizing meeting with interdisciplinary branches for site coordination• Leading and managing the design team for the preparation of shop drawings.• Preparing the key deliverable schedules as per the planned dates of project.• Liaising with sub-contractor achieving design intent with effective solutions.• Reviewing sub-contractor shop drawings and getting approval within timeline.• Reviewing the design drawings and raising RFI with the suitable proposal.• Determining the scope of work for different sub consultant.• Coordinating with the consultant to get the shop drawings approval on time.• Highlighting the variations if there is any deviation from the contract drawing.• Liaising with the project specified supplier for the client mock up construction.• Design finalization with the FLS consultant incorporating the FLS requirement for Civil defence approval.
