Receiving visa applications from the applicants to proceed with the embassy.Responsible for biometric enrollment of the applicants.Assist in all visa operations of the branch including passport dispatch to embassy and delivering to applicants after receiving from the embassy.

Coordinates with the Procurement Unit Head to complete and update the Procurement Plan and ensures it is regularly updated.Completes the Purchase Order’s attachment, comparison sheet, and material files for Procurement Unit Head’s review.Manages the efficient flow of purchase requests to the buyers for action.Accountable for the prequalification of suppliers and subcontractors.Ensure the verification of the compliance of the purchased equipment and materials with the order requirements, inspection test requirements and inspection level designating witness inspection or document review in accordance with Customer requirement.Ensure that non-conformances as mentioned in third party inspection reports closed and the release note certificates are issued to assess the conformity of the products with the purchase order requirements.Issue Material Requisitions review comment to Procurement & Engineering to correct discrepancy & to add missing requirement Material Requisitions.Prepare and submit following Quality deliverables to Customer,- Inspection & Fabrication Status Report;- Special process procedures and Personnel Qualification Procedures;- Two Week Look Ahead;- Inspection Assignment Package;- PIM Report, Inspection Reports & Inspection Release Certificate;- Final Inspection & Disposition Report.- Material Requisitions;- Technical Bid Evaluation report [Review quality requirements];- Purchase Requisition & Purchase Order.

Assist all channel Managers to reduce their work load.Suffice all data needs of Sales Team by providing them daily, weekly, monthly & Annual reports to achieve their sales targets.Supervise all sales orders from all over the kingdom to the Branch customers.Achieve coordination between Sales Team, Finance, Logistic and HR for smooth and effective Branch Operations.
