Design and implementation of Server Architecture for High Availability solutions involving Failover Clustering and AlwaysOn Group implementations.Analysis, design and development of OLTP and OLAP databases. Design and implementation of complete ETL Process for optimized Staging database and central ready-for-reporting database.

Being a Team Lead of Database Department, I have to interact with all developers and business analysts here and abroad regarding the database development process and procedure. Me and my team is responsible to provide them normalized database design and I have to keep in touch with them during the whole software development life cycle. I also need to advice my fellow department members in case of any difficulty and review their design and development procedures. Implementation of Business Intelligence for the major projects is another responsibility. Analysis and Development of Cubes, ETL and ad-hoc query models is the part of our job. Of course, you cannot ignore the administration aspect of the databases like backups and recovery plans, data synchronization, database encryption and replications.

I was a senior member of the MIS department in Askari Leasing Limited. I was responsible to maintain and debug an existing system. Also I have developed many new systems for Askari Leasing like AskLife and AskHome, I have worked on many key modules of the company like Tax Depreciation, ASKAR Car Finance system and played an active part in data verification for auditing of the Financial reports. I was also a senior member of the team responsible for converting the existing in VB6 and SQL Server.
