Responsibilities:DSR (Daily Sales Reporting System by IMS Health): • Administrate user end sales reporting system • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports • Distributor's sales and stocks data management • Prepare sales performance analytical and graphical reports for management review • Multi-dimensional analysis reports developmentDCRS ( Doctor's Call Reporting System) through SMS: • Contact point and Doctor's call reporting system management • Maintain and update doctor's database • Active or in-active contact detail • Generate weekly reports development (contact point, doctor's call & web view) • Monitor call average and problems related issuesIMS Plus: • Generate IMS Plus reports to be provided to management and marketing team on monthly and as per requirementOthers: • Preparation and payment field force incentives • Field force structure and Territories Alignment • Develop new analytical reports development • Data controlling and automation process development • Any related/ unrelated ad-hoc task assigned from time to time by the Senior Management

Responsibilities:• Making Biotech and Institutional discount approvals and order processing.• Tender preparation, technical documents handling and filling documents as per the requirement of Tender.• Handling marketing transactions related to budgets, meetings, obligations etc.• Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur. • Proper follow-up to HR department for new hiring appointment, confirmation, resignation and final settlements.• Process requisitions and arrangement of customer’s activities, advances, travel, meetings, conferences and monthly release of product samples.• To deal with the auditor to carry out the sales team expenses, product relative expenses, advance settlements and other sales force requirements.

Responsibilities: • Provide secretarial work to the Manager, as and when required. • Making travel, meeting and conference arrangements. • To make requisition of monthly release of samples to the field force. • Responsible for dispatching of the promotional materials, literatures and give away to the field force. • Responsible for checking the monthly expenses of the field force. • Making various reports related to Sales and Marketing using Excel.
