A mobile game publisher titled JB Technologies generated more than 50 million downloads for its collection of titles. My responsibility was to develop and implement the growth strategy for our three main apps (FPS Shooting, Highway Racing, and Military Truck), reporting directly to the CEO, as follows:1- Managed media buying via paid user acquisition & optimized ROAS (Return On Ad Spend) and ROI (Return On Investment) using in-depth analysis2- Handled the overall App Store Optimization Strategy (from keywords to graphic assets)3- Devised the Go-To-Market strategy for new games, from Soft Launch to Global Launch, in collaboration with the Product Marketing Lead4- Developed relationships with new & existing advertising partners5- Briefed creative teams & external partners to create and test new assets (images and videos)6- Ran quantitative analysis & designed multichannel reportingKey Achievements:1- Successfully launched Military Truck, reaching 10 million installs.2- Collaborated with the BI team to set up new data visualizations and dashboards via Looker3- Created & managed multiple campaigns on Google ads allocating a 6-figure monthly budget
