Developing the ideas & strategies about Healthcare IT & Management.My core responsibilities includes;- Leading Operational activities- Developing ideas for Sales & MarketingOur Services Includes;- Revenue Cycle Management Services- EMR Implementation & Consultation- EHR Stimulus Consultation- Practice Start-ups- Provider/Organization Credentialing& Other Healthcare Services...Primary Duties and Responsibilities:• Oversees all phases of the medical billing activities, account receivable collections and process.• Key performance objectives include accuracy and compliance with billing Medicare, Medicaid, Workers Compensation, No Fault and private insurance companies and for achieving cash collection goals.• Communicates regularly with Clients, handles their issues and provides adequate solutions.• Manages staff performance, salary planning, training, development, hiring, and placement.• Oversees the revenue cycle including days outstanding, denial/rejection rate, coding, billing, deposits, payment posting, and collections.Achievements:• Implemented work-flow processes to ensure that denials are worked in a timely manner and that appeals are submitted within timely filing deadlines to ensure reimbursement from payers.• Creation of an incentive program to help develop and motivate staff to accomplish individual and departmental goals that establish and monitor individual production standards.• Developed a Client Communication team to provide excellent Customer Service to clients.
