Role also demands identification of Gaps, three major gaps brought out were:• Information gap The information that will pass between different applications is different and requires different treatment.• Process gap The follow up processes depending on this integration are different in each application which increases demand of accuracy and timeliness.• Objectives gapObjectives to accomplish this integration are different for each application and mutual understanding is required to automate the process.While designing and implementing Integration projects one has to ensure that the reality – design gaps are addressed properly. This will require considering multiple technological and organizational perspectives.The success of this project is based on:1. Robustness of design, 2. Considering all the business needs, 3. Leading to enthusiastic implementation,4. Systematic training of people for skill development,5. I used CISCO, Juniper and different web VPN access accounts to access client servers. Created own number ranges object based on plant for billing documents and configuring them in SNRO. Used formula to change standard pricing formula based on particular materials using vofm tcode. .Designed and developed an application for maintaining sales planning using interactive table controls and tabstrips for creating, changing and displaying plans in SIS info structure. Created an modified standard forms using smartforms as well as sapscripts. In developing new forms in smartforms I used tables, templates, lines of code, styles and loops.
