Since the beginning of my career in Mowasalat I was involved in several projects as an expert Integration Engineer. Based on the understanding of applications and possible solutions and Integration project was launched involving several partners/vendors with the objective of seamlessly integrating their applications for Mowasalat.My role demands to understand different applications in ITC Mowasalat and make them work in a seamless way to reduce manual interaction and automate inter-connections. Role also demands identification of Gaps, three major gaps brought out were:• Information gap The information that will pass between different applications is different and requires different treatment.• Process gap The follow up processes depending on this integration are different in each application which increases demand of accuracy and timeliness.• Objectives gapObjectives to accomplish this integration are different for each application and mutual understanding is required to automate the process.While designing and implementing Integration projects one has to ensure that the reality – design gaps are addressed properly. This will require considering multiple technological and organizational perspectives.The success of this project is based on:1. Robustness of design, 2. Considering all the business needs, 3. Leading to enthusiastic implementation,4. Systematic training of people for skill development,5. And Substantial benefits from new technology.Rapid Deployment Prototype Model was accepted for project execution because of requirement definition was not clear, trial and error and better user acceptance.The approach to handle problems during project execution was targeted to two fronts one is internal􀂄internal (conflict of resources, change of user requirements) 􀂄external (vendor management, special events, different interpretation)

My responsibilities involved managing client’s day to day maintenance tasks like scheduling using CRONTAB or windows, backup using RMAN or export/ import, monitoring using archive logs or tools available in Oracle Grid Control and writing/ scheduling scripts to purge archive logs. During delivering my responsibilities I gained hands on knowledge of refreshing, restoring and duplicating oracle databases. I was also involved in Managing authorizations, creating users and supporting client operations. I have installed oracle 10G software and apply patches on ORACLE 10G database, configure daily RMAN and export backups and setup performance monitoring using the Oracle Database control and Oracle Grid control tools. I have created the DEV, TST and Sand and productions databases for JDA applications and configure the ORACLE heterogeneous connectivity with AS400 DB2 database using AS400 client access JDBC driver. I have installed Oracle Grid control software and deploy Oracle Grid control agents. I build understanding of several different landscapes while working on different clients hence gained expertise of working with different infrastructure. I used CISCO, Juniper and different web VPN access accounts to access client servers. I gained expertise of creating weekly reports sent to client to better communicate any operational issues in day to day work. I worked both in UNIX and windows environment delivering my services.

I was assigned the responsibility of designing RICEFs along with the technical and application architecture of the project. I developed excellent skill communicating with experienced data and application architects. I developed skills in working with Visio and coordinating with PMO analyst and CRM consultants to properly understand the deliverable of the project. I worked with client’s infrastructure lead and analyzed the new transport strategy that could be leveraged to import new efforts through out the landscape. In this project I acted as assistant to technical lead . My responsibilities involves data migration (LSMW, BDC), reporting, ALV, object programming, customer enhancements, user-exits, BTEs, BADI's modifications to standard SAP ABAP programs, modifying data dictionary structures and developing forms.I configured uploads for Material Master, Customer Master, BOM and Routing using legacy system migration workbench (LSMW). Configuration involves activities like preparing an upload file in excel format, mapping fields of file to source structures, writing conversion rules for line items using batch input as well as recording technique. Developed interactive reports for MM module gaining expertise in purchasing and RFQ, reports using ALV controls for SD, FI and MM modules. Used report painter for all variance analysis and comparison reports. Used and provide training to users of ABAP query for reports that were not complex in terms of calculation. Applied BTE technique to incorporate the assignment of credit facility through normal invoicing in SD used FIBF and BERE tcodes .Implemented BADI to validate the drawing limit on creating delivery order of a particular customer in SD user using se19 tcode • Used with user exits, customer exits and field exits for custom code block validations, transferring fields and updating custom built z tables used smod and cmod tcodes. Created own number ranges object based on plant for billing documents and configuring them in SNRO. Used formula to change standard pricing formula based on particular materials using vofm tcode. .Designed and developed an application for maintaining sales planning using interactive table controls and tabstrips for creating, changing and displaying plans in SIS info structure. Created an modified standard forms using smartforms as well as sapscripts. In developing new forms in smartforms I used tables, templates, lines of code, styles and loops.
