➢ Installation, configuring and troubleshooting Mac desktops and laptops including: Proxy Servers, Active Director, Database Server, PlayBox Server, Title Box & VT Machine, Apple Outlook Mail and iCal, Final Cut Pro, Premier, Mac Office Suite, Apple OS X Server,➢ Workgroup Manager and Email server management and folder access permissions.➢ Great knowledge and working experience on Teradek, Blackmagic equipments.➢ Have installation experience of Satellite configuring BUG and encoders.➢ Good Mac OSX troubleshooting and problem solving abilities➢ Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.➢ Install and maintain network hardware and software.➢ Analyze and isolate issues.➢ Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.➢ Evaluate and modify system's performance.➢ Identify user needs.➢ Determine network and system requirements.➢ Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.➢ Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.➢ Design and deploy networks.
