Pijar Sekolah is an online learning platform designed for schools to support the digitalized system of learning, from accessing study materials to working on exams.Main responsibilities:- Created manual and automated test scripts- Performed functional (manual and automation test), non-functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, smoke, acceptance, and performance (load test) tests on modules and full software implementations- Gathered data on integration issues and vulnerabilities, reported findings and recommended improvements.- Tracked, prioritized and organized defects with Jira, working with development team to facilitate timely corrections.- Recommended changes and corrections to developers for optimal software performance and usability.- Collaborated with user experience team and product owner to provide needs of technical support regarding software and to support trouble sites to mitigate obstacles and foster successful client delivery.- Reviewed designs from UI team to verify software requirements
