1. Update & maintain employee profile on HRMS.2. To ensure logistic support for newly joined employees for a better working environment.3. To justify the necessity of manpower transfer on demand of dept/section.4. To ensure the asset transfer process in HRMS.5. Analyze manpower vacancy requisition & recommend.6. To arrange & attend pre-selection interview according to the requirement of the recruitment section.7. Provide induction training to the newly joined employee as per requirement.8. Briefing about official rules and regulations to newly joined employees before handover them to dept/section. 09. Preparing various report (manpower, Location, attendance data, category, etc.)10. Attendance management. 11. Maintaining HRMS database.12. Assist in Probation Management & Performance Appraisal.13. Monitoring the production floor & its surrounding area for compliance purposes.14. Preparing, checking, and submitting the final settlement of seperated employees.

1. Recieve manpower requisition, and justify the requisition.2. Give circular about the vacancies in the job portal, and other sources.3. Maintaining a CV bank.4. Communicate with the applicants about the job, interview process, schedule, and job offerings.5. Complete the joining process with proper documentation.6. Doing pre-selection process ensuring proper documentation.5. Verifying documents online.6. To distribute newly joined incumbents through the appropriate process.7. Arranging tests, and interviews coordinating with the interviewers to select suitable candidates.
