During my time as a Business Development Manager at a Twenty 11 FC, I had the opportunity to take on a variety of exciting roles. As a member of the first-grade team, I was proud to have played a key role in winning the league championship and reach the National Cup Final, which was a major achievement for the club.In addition, I had the privilege of coaching an under-16s youth team, which was a deeply rewarding experience. It was incredibly fulfilling to watch these young players grow and develop their skills over the course of the season, and I learned a great deal about leadership and mentorship along the way.One of my most notable accomplishments during my time at the club was securing a major sponsorship deal with ANZ, which provided much-needed funding and resources for the Club's youth merchandise. I worked closely with the ANZ team to develop a mutually beneficial partnership that helped to raise the profile of both organisations.Finally, I was also responsible for organising a number of successful events in New Zealand, including community outreach programs, and youth football clinics. These events not only helped to raise the profile of the club, but also fostered stronger ties between the club and the local community.Overall, my time at the football club was a formative experience that taught me the value of teamwork, leadership, and community engagement.
