I worked as Project Manager and representative of the client for the Creative Center of disabled people project located in 20 yanvar Baku. The project is 10.000 square meters including landscape. The cost of the project is 10.000.000$My duty is to manage the activities starting from the design period up to the execution on-site including the evaluation of sub-contractors, monitoring the schedule, and also procurement.

I worked as PM for the Apollo Theater renovation project. My duty is including the preparation of RFP documents and work schedules. I also attend meetings with clients and consultants. Project suspended because of the building's permit issues.

I have been working as fit-out project manager for Ronesans construction since September 2017. I completed the Exhibition center in the Presidental complex in June 2018. The Building is 150.000 square meters with a 30.000 square meter below-grade parking. After that, I completed Police aviation helicopter hangars and PÖH headquarters in Gölbaşı Ankara by October 2018 My responsibility includes managing all fit-out works and make sure that they finished the work on-site according to our safety and QA/QC regulations.

STFA Marine construction is the biggest contractor of Turkey about Marine construction. The project is around 487.000.000$. I am working as finishing works chief of the North Harbor area. My duty is to coordinate and follow the progress of finishing works sub-contractors, follow the shop drawings and material approvals, attending inspections with our consultant, and if needed coordinate with client and consultant to solve site detail problems. I directly report and prepare site report to Construction Manager and Building works chief

Worked as Construction Manager. I managed 3 different projects.Ambulance Shopping Center which is 16000 square meters with a budget of 18.000.000 US DollarsBilgah Club which is 1100 square meter with a budget of 6.000.000 US DollarsAlso, We made a Caspian bar wine cellar project for Mr. Arif Pashayev which is a renovation project of the beach house.My duties include managing sub-contractors make sure that they worked according to our quality and safety standards. Also evaluation of sub-contractors during the tender period and after completion of projects.

I worked for Ronesans construction during the construction of the college of media and communication project. The project area is 38.000 square meters and costs around 160.000.000 US dollars. My duty is to manage the fit-out and facade works. I also attend QA/QC and HSE meetings and make the inspections with our consultant Louis Berger.

I am working on the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center project which is now the most prestigious project in Baku designed by Zaha Hadid. I am working as a Fit-out Architect.My duty includes all finishing works of the Library part of the building contains 8 floors also in a restaurant on top 2 floors. I am controlling all the finishing works sub-contractors working in this part and making the coordination between electrical and mechanical groups.

I worked as Finishing works Architect in Souq Al Ahad project which contains 2000 villas and several public buildings like hospitals schools and police stations etc...My duty is to coordinate and manage the sub-contractor which is responsible to handle the finishing works of 250 villas.Our work stopped because of the revolution in Libya and We came back to Turkiye with a plane which STFA hired for us.

I worked in the US Consulate of Peshawar renovation project as Construction Manager. My duty includes all kinds of organization such as construction, electrical mechanical finishing works and also administrative works and logistics. I also prepare work schedules and daily and weekly reports to my Project Manager and share also with the OBO Project Director.

I worked in the US Islamabad Embassy as Site SuperIntendent in the projects of Temporary Housing Compound I and II and also Temporary USAID office building construction. My duty includes to coordinate all construction and finishing works prepare work schedules for these works and prepare reports about ongoing work to my Project Manager and OBO Project Director.

Working as junior Architect. Reporting to Senior Architect also the owner of the company. My duty includes to collect and prepare answers for the RFIs preparation of detail drawings, also attending to the construction meetings with senior architect and preparation of meeting notes.
