• Assisting Resident Engineer & ARE in Review & Exchange of work correspondences, (e.g. Request for change , Interim payment verification ).• Assisting Resident Engineer in Construction Review Meetings with Contractors & Sub Contractors. • Assisting Design Team in Reviewing Design Drawing & Shop Drawings. • Coordination with MEP team for construction works in regards with interdependent activities.• Reviewing Material submittals, Method statements, Vendors qualifications in accordance with Project specification and Qatar Construction Specifications & International standards. • Reporting Non-Conformance of works and other quality deficiencies to Resident Engineer & reviewing corrective action proposals. • Monitoring Contractor`s & Sub Contractor`s Quality of works. • supervising Site inspections of Overall civil works including, setting-out works, excavation works, soil backfilling works, formation / base inspections, Reinforcement installation works, Form works erection, concrete pouring works, Underground water-proofing works, concrete protective Coating works, Water tightness test of Huge Water retaining Tanks ( 8m high 200m wide ), Structural steel erection works.• Supervising inspections of overall Architectural works including cement Masonry Block works, plastering works, painting works, Flooring/Tiling works, Doors-Windows installations works, epoxy floor coating works, False-ceiling works, roof top waterproofing works, painting works etc.• Assisting Resident Engineer in conducting Factory visit for approval of its products.• supervising Precast Concrete works. (e.g. Boundary Walls, Electric cable Duct chambers etc.) at site and at Precast Factory.• Witnessing construction material tests at Third party laboratory & analyzing test results.• witnessing field test of works completed.• Regular visiting at site to monitor daily work progress and Safety compliance.• Maintaining daily report and reporting to Resident Engineer.

• Reviewed Method statements and Followed up with Execution team for its submittal and obtaining approval from Client.• Prepared Inspections and Test Plans & Checklists of various civil works. ( RCC works, Concrete pouring works, Form removal works, concrete repair works etc ).• Initiated work quality deficiencies & Followed up for its close out.• Prepared corrective action proposal for the NCR raised by client. And Followed up for its closure. • Coordinate with Design team for Preparing shop drawings based on site hindrances.• Supervised all RCC works.
