As the President of Sales at Excel Telecommunications, I lead a team of sales who provide innovative and cost-effective solutions for indoor wireless coverage. With an MBA from Yeditepe University and over 20 years of experience in the telecommunication industry, I have developed a strong expertise in in-building systems (IBS) and distributed antenna systems (DAS), as well as software and solution development projects for mobile network operators.I have successfully delivered turnkey and managed services projects in various countries, such as Turkey, Ukraine, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Syria, and Cyprus, working in a fast-paced, demanding, and multicultural environment. I have also received multiple awards from Turkcell, the leading mobile operator in Turkey, for my outstanding performance and contribution to their Istanbul Airport and Four Seasons Hotel projects. My passion is to continuously improve, optimize processes, and develop talents, while building solid and sustainable relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
