Project: Riyadh Metro Project Pakages-3 Line, 5 Line 5 of 13.3 km excavated by TBM, include Deep Underground Passenger Stations and shafts with underground Depot of 54000 sq. m. Construction of tunnel by two TBM, construction of 11 stations, 14 shafts include Civil. MEP & Architecture works and 12 Kms landscape works.Supervising the Station Buildings, ES Shafts, VS Shafts, Tunnel works, track works, landscaping works.Inspection of completed works, prepare architectural snag list for stations FOH & BOH, shafts, landscape works and handing over to the operating authority.Ensures that the project quality control procedures are used for the structure’s supervision works and monitors it for improvement to actual progress meets planned progress.Reviewing construction documents like shop drawings, method statements, Inspection, and test plans (ITP), and As-built drawings. Verify and validate as to whether the site activities are implemented as proposed and stipulated in the contract conditions in the aspect of quality and safety requirements. Check all materials and equipment as delivered on site and ensure its compliance with approved materials and specification. Analyzing and preparing daily progress reports.
