• Recruitment: Manage end to end recruitment process for external requirements. Devise individual recruitment strategy. Pre-screen candidates, assist managers in highlighting strengths and weakness of candidates, advise managers of pertinent changes of the employment market, initiate required tests (when required), provide objective feedback to candidates, manage the offer process for successful candidates and manage the on-boarding activities.• Compensation and Benefits: Supervise administration of compensation programs. Ensure company initiated benefits and government mandated benefits are applied and enjoyed by eligible employees. • Performance management: Introduce & implement performance management system (PMS) in assigned business units. Assist line managers to prepare Role Profiles, identify Key Responsible Area (KRA) and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Assist functional business heads/ line managers to review performances of their followers and help them conclude the review process with feedback sessions within target deadlines.• Training and development: Obtain Training Needs Assessment (TNA) reports periodically from line managers/ department heads, prepare training schedule, arrange both in-house and external trainings as per requirements, maintain liaison with training providers, monitor training effectiveness through post training evaluations using tests, revenue growth and ROI (where applicable).

Role Summary: Develop and implement HR operations; review periodically to align with business needs. Role Descriptions:• Supervise HR Operations in recruitment, training programs, compensations, HRIS operation and HR communications.• Achieve and renew social compliance certifications and accreditations as per business needs.
