Following are my high-level responsibilities:● Managing a team of 45+ resources which includes both Manual and Test Automation Engineers.● Responsible for management of all Quality Assurance functions include planning, strategy, testing execution, and tools.● Resources onboarding and upskilling.● RFPs / RFIs submission, Product Demos, and POCs.● Resources evaluation, retention, compensation, and benefit.● Review estimation submitted by the team.● Review the Software Quality Assurance documents.● Improving overall visibility and increasing productivity.● Monitoring of different health reports.● Conducting One on One sessions.● Resolution of project issues.● SQA process Improvement Initiatives.● Facilitate weekly Quality Assurance meetings & maintain agenda.● Experience working with clients i.e., Mercedes-Benz Group and Daimler Truck.● Ensure team activity and participation in testing efforts or in dependent testing as permitted.● Collaborate with QA team members to enhance quality assurance capabilities and improve testing processes.● Participate in QA environment setup and application configuration.● Conduct Impact Analysis and Scenario Analysis on documented requirements and solutions.● Perform Functional, Sanity, and Regression testing of NFS.● Coordinate assignments for testers and ensure understanding and compliance with the NETSOL QA process.● Participated in the audit for CMMI Level 5 compliance and adherence to ISO standards.
