- Implement and pursue Sales Tracking System of over 19 Branch Offices.- Co-relate Sales Performance of Branch Offices, vis-à-vis Expenses, initiate action to maintain budget.- Analyse growth trends over previous period, previous year, devise yardstick to compare performance.- Prepare commission payable statements covering all branches of NIT. This task involves in-depth interaction with concerned Departments and detailed working of available data.

- Monitor commission of Financial Planners and Investment Promotion Agents.- Monitor and prepare monthly sales call status report of all NIT units, for review by Senior Management.
